Jordan Butler founded Cleanlight Inc. to pursue a specific thesis built on direct operating experience across the U.S.–Latin America corridor. He is the founder and chief executive of Business Sound, a professional services business built around U.S. enterprise clients and LatAm delivery capacity. The Business Sound model runs on sourcing capacity in Latin America, structuring it for U.S. enterprise consumption, and managing cross-border complexity. That operating foundation is what Cleanlight's acquisition strategy is built on.
Butler is bilingual in English and Spanish, Miami-based, and has operated directly in LatAm services markets for over a decade. He was recognized among the Titan 100 Miami 2026 class and featured in Bloomberg Línea for his work connecting U.S. enterprise demand with LatAm execution capacity.
Cleanlight is the holding company built on that operating experience: a platform to source, acquire, and operate businesses the founder already understands from the inside.
